New Checking Account Bonus

 *Offer valid for checking accounts opened between April 1, 2026, and June 30, 2026. Limit one account per person. Valid for new Members and current Members without an established checking account. Requires a new checking relationship with the Credit Union (those with existing checking accounts or have had an open checking account with Mainstreet Credit Union in the past 90 days do not qualify). $300 Bonus - Checking Account Bonus Requirements: Membership eligibility required. The Member must open the checking account by June 30, 2026. The Member must have 25 debit card transactions within 90 days from account opening (Transactions exclude refunds/credits, and ATM transactions) and have two direct deposits through ACH or RTP including Payroll, Pension, or Government benefits posted with a cumulative total of $800 or more within 90 days of account opening.  The membership account number tied to the checking account must be enrolled in e-Statements. The $300 will be deposited into the Membership savings account within 60 days of meeting the qualifications. Account must be active and in good standing with a positive balance at the time of bonus payout with no fraudulent activity. Business, Minor, Trust, Custodial, Representative Payee and Fresh Start Spend accounts are not eligible for this promotion. All bonus payments will be reported to the Internal Revenue Service as an extraordinary dividend in the year they are paid. Members can receive only one new checking account opening related bonus every three years. Offer is subject to change without notice. Officials and immediate family members of an official of Mainstreet Credit Union are not eligible.
